... fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine with coffee beans, oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans) which can also be closed off, bathroom, living area with terrace, sleeping area on upper floor with terrace and views of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, the Sciliar, the Sass di Putia and the Plose.

Price from 190 € per chalet per day.

There are also

plenty of extras*. Our new sauna with double function: it can be used as a classic Finnish sauna but can also alternate between wet and dry steam thanks to a built-in steam generator. The perfect place to get rid of tension and recuperate!

*These extras are not for the exclusive use of any apartment but are shared by all the chalet guests.

But that is not all ...

... because, as keen skiers, snowboarders or cyclists, you will also need somewhere to store your gear. So we provide a special store room for all your skis and bikes.

Anything else?

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation until 60 days before the day of arrival: 0 %
  • Cancellation until 21 – 59 days before the day of arrival: 40 %
  • Cancellation until 1 – 20 days before the day of arrival: 70 %
  • Cancellation at the day of arrival/not arrival: 100 %

Check-in: from 4 p.m.
On request, we can pick you up at the train station in Rio Pusteria/Fortezza
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
